Movement is only one part of this spiritual discipline. Pranayama, or Yogic breath work, is a wonderful tool to prepare the body and mind for Meditation. Both breath work and meditation are extremely powerful methods of relieving stress and anxiety, increasing mental focus and clarity, and promoting inner peace and relaxation.

Join Lee Devi (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) for this weekly Yoga, breath work, and meditation class, tailored to the specific needs of whoever shows up. Come connect with your body, ground your energy, calm your mind, and open your heart to higher wisdom.

This weekly Monday class with Lee Devi (E-RYT 200, RYT 500), blends gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall well-being. All levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat, blocks, and water!
