This donation-based class is open to everyone because all bodies are good bodies. If you can sit or lie down and breathe, you can practice yoga.

Join Lee Devi (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) for a weekly practice that blends gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, guided by the needs of whoever shows up. Movement is only one part of yoga. Through pranayama and meditation, you’ll learn simple tools to calm the mind, ease stress and anxiety, and support focus and inner balance.

Lee has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and has spent the past decade studying Yoga, Ayurveda, and related healing traditions. This class offers a welcoming space to connect with your body, ground your energy, quiet your mind, and deepen your practice at your own pace. Donations are welcome, all experience levels and all bodies are invited.
