Join Avril, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master and Goth acolyte, in a Goth Chair Yoga Class accompanied by the classic, dark stylings of Tones on Tail, Boy Harsher, Magic Wands, Nick Cave and many more bands old and new.

Come dressed to move from your chair and stretch and flow as a dark romantic, a Goth or in your witchy chic garb.  Make sure you’re comfortable enough to move, breathe and enjoy a hauntingly delicious corpse pose. For the afternoon, embrace your inner shadow, let it out, let it flow and let it breathe.
