Journaling as a Healing Practice A Two-Part Writing Experience led by Moon & Moss.

  • Worts & Wards 2525 Market Avenue Cleveland, OH, 44113 United States (map)

This two-part workshop creates a calm, supportive space to explore journaling as a tool for reflection, emotional release, and self-discovery. Through guided meditation, thoughtful prompts, and simple writing practices, participants are invited to slow down, clear mental noise, and reconnect with their inner voice.

This experience is open to all levels and focuses on honest, pressure-free writing rather than perfection.

Session 1: The Grounded Page
In this session, we explore journaling as a way to process emotions, quiet the mind, and build a sustainable writing practice. Participants will leave with a simple framework they can return to whenever they need clarity or grounding. Through guided meditation and structured reflection, participants are invited to:

• Clear internal clutter

• Process emotion safely and privately

• Develop a sustainable journaling rhythm

• Create a writing ritual that feels nourishing, not forced

Session 2: Writing Without the Inner Critic
This session focuses on stream-of-consciousness writing and creative release. Participants will learn how to move past overthinking, trust their voice, and allow thoughts to flow freely on the page.

Through stream-of-consciousness writing and grounding practices, participants are guided to:

• Quiet perfectionism

• Move past hesitation

• Access authentic voice

• Trust the page

Session 1: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Session 2: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

$85 for one session
$150 for both sessions

RSVP NOTE

RSVP is required to reserve your spot. There is one RSVP for the full event day, and payment will be made in person when you arrive. Participants are welcome to attend Session 1, Session 2, or both. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly at check-in.
