Rooted in Rhythm: Seasonal Living with Kelly; Workshop 3 Growing Your Own Tea & Healing Herbs

  • Worts & Wards 2525 Market Avenue Cleveland, OH, 44113 United States (map)

Rooted in Rhythm is a seasonal workshop series focused on reconnecting with the natural growing rhythms of Northeast Ohio through intentional gardening and plant relationships, blending the herbal and holistic spirit of Worts & Wards with practical, hands-on learning.

Workshop 3: Growing Your Own Tea & Healing Herbs — Hands-On Finale is a collaborative, hands-on session where participants design and plant their own herbal container garden for tea and everyday wellness. Working together at shared tables, we’ll explore herbs like lemon balm, mint, calendula, chamomile, tulsi, dill, lavender, and rosemary while learning about their culinary and energetic uses, how to grow herbs in small spaces, and sustainable harvesting practices that support long-term plant care.

Participants will also receive a QR code during the workshop with access to a downloadable copy of the presentation, Kelly’s guide Let’s Get Growing: An Introduction to Growing Seasonal Food, and additional resources to continue learning after the class; printed materials will be minimal, so bringing a notebook is encouraged.

Note: This is the final part in the three-part workshop series. Previous workshop attendance is not mandatory to rsvp
